Can someone please explain to me how to make a Cornhole Score Tower?

We purchased some cornhole boards and bags but now it's always: "What's the score?" So I thought if it's not too difficult I would make some kind of a score keeper for our game.

We never bothered to keep score.

We just went until our butts got too sore….
