What Are Cornhole Fitness Components?

I’m writing a report on Cornhole – I need to explain the particular exercise or skill that improves this component.
so far i have- Cornhole is all about technique, the way one throws the bag. Muscular strength is built from the continuous act of hurling the bags.
any ideas?

    Hi, I am the owner of Cornhole.com so I know a little bit about how to throw. The best throwing technique used by really good players is standing in one spot, squatting there legs and spinning the bag so it hits the board flat and slides to the hole.
