Ideas For Events Bar And Restaurant?

One CommentI am part owner of a bar/restaurant on the KY side of the River in CIncinnati area. Our basic theme is kind of a Key West, laid back kind of thing. But we would like to build more of a bar scene after dinner hours (9 – 10pm and later). Does anyone have any ideas for fun things and events to have to draw people’s interest into coming there after dinner? We have live music on Fri and Sat night and we do cross-genre, not just one style of music.
We are a stationary boat, have a very large outside dining deck and bar. Our music stage is also on our outside deck. Cornhole is on our list already.

I have no idea what people like in Kentucky. All I know is what I hear and see. I feel folks like the “Blues” or country rock type theme. Hang nostalgic items and photos of the late greats in these areas of music. Borrow from the hard rock cafe’s style of decor and anyone else who is doing that. The hard rock cafe was not the first, it was already a popular well fitted style before they came along. People just like it, that is why almost everyone is doing it from family restaurants to clubs to bars.
