Yes, the butthole. I always thought it was a noun though.
According to the Urban Dictionary, “cornhole” is a verb, not a noun. It means, in short, to perform anal sex on someone. It can be literal, or figurative (just like the term “screwing” someone).
Based on the second half of the quote (“I am Cornholio, me need teepee for my bunghole”), I’d imagine that Cornholio is the “bottom” (pun intended) in the arrangement.
