Can I Put Logos Of Nfl, Mlb, Nhl, On The Cornhole Boards I Sell?

what i am trying to ask is it copy-write, or plagiarism

    Yes it is, I work for a company that makes uniforms for sports and we copy logos all the time, but every once in a while our packages will get stuck in customs for copyright infringement.

    It would be copyright infringement. They only allow use of the trademarks for a fee. However, you can use the colors.

    Those logos are protected by copyright. You’d have to get permission from each organization to make them.

    A family in our area who owns a vineyard sold wine with the name of an NFL team and they got a letter from the teams lawyer.
